Our team, along with our specialists, reviews the legislation of the importing country (e.g., quality requirements, labeling, sanitary standards) based on the information provided by the manufacturer. We then issue a certification document or its equivalent.

Most foreign companies seeking to enter new markets opt for our services to obtain these documents. Our certification helps convince importers of the product’s compliance with market standards, streamlining the import process.

The cost for obtaining trade documents for EU and Asian companies (covering food additives, food, cosmetics, fertilizers, etc.) is approximately €1,000 per unit, with additional fees for any modifications. The average processing time is about one month. We advise our partners to order this service before making final decisions about market entry.

We can also assist in obtaining state-issued quality certificates or their equivalents, though we do not issue these documents ourselves. For such services, an agreement specifying the issuing authority and document type is required. The cost for these services starts at €3,500 per item, with processing times ranging from three months to one year. Some countries require site inspections by government officials, so we recommend starting with our preliminary document before proceeding to state certification.

We offer a one-year guarantee on our certificate; if your products do not pass state registration due to non-compliance with the standards, we will refund the full amount paid for our services (provided your product met the standards at the time of certification).

If you receive a document from us but are unable to obtain a state-issued document, we will refund the amount paid. To claim this, submit a complaint within two years of receiving our document.
